Custom SUV racks
This is the second time we’ve been asked to make custom SUV racks, this time for DS in Vermont.
Same mounting/fixing mechanisms as in the regular bike boxes with 160mm of wheelbase travel.
Something we’re now considering adding to the regular product line – comments/suggestions welcome!

Customer EL from Singapore @celam2000 sent us this image of a wrap he’d applied to his Tourmalet box – love it!
HS’s Ventoux MTB box
US customer sent us this image of his customised Ventoux MTB box leaving the aircraft in Colorado – he says:
“My trip to Colorado to participate a MTB race was accompanied by Ventoux MTB box. Couldn’t be happier that no damage inside out the box and my bike was safely transported through one of the roughest baggage handling among all airports.”

Waxwing Cycles, Pittsburgh PA
Hayley and Samson’s Waxwing Cycles have been a regular customer since their 2018 inception. We’ve just shipped them these three Tourmalet boxes to add to their rental fleet – worth knowing if you’re in the Pittsburgh PA area.
Finished in our Enhanced Powder Coat finish for extra durability – colour on these is RAL5015 Sky Blue.
